The Function:

As a Financial Administrative Assistant, you’ll have a broad range of responsibilities in the area of financial tasks within the company. You’ll work in a small team and also enjoy working independently. You have an affinity for numbers and enjoy a dynamic environment where you can further develop your role. Tasks:

  • Invoicing
  • Processing order administration
  • Checking and processing bank statements, purchase invoices
  • Maintaining contact information (clients and customers) in the accounting system
  • VAT and ICP declarations
  • Maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable records

Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing
  • General ledger administration
  • Optimizing financial processes

What we’re looking for:

  • MBO 4 / HBO level in Financial Administration or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience; administrative experience is a plus

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Familiarity with our accounting software, Twinfield, is a plus, but not essential
  • Strong knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Good proficiency in Dutch and English
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Precise, accurate, stress-resistant
  • Flexible and solution-oriented attitude
  • Analytical skills
